PSA is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for students participating in the training programs. Students are required to participate in a manner that reflects the values of good sportsmanship
Failure to attend training does not signify or imply notification to cancel this agreement
Academy administrators may make any modifications in the training schedule as deemed necessary. Such modifications do not relieve the student of their payment obligations under any circumstances.
The training cost for the football program is based on per month basis
The training sessions may not take place on public holidays and on special occasion days which will be notified to the students in advance.
Academy administrators and those acting under its authority reserve the right to use photographs, videotapes, artwork or other likenesses of the student(s) for marketing, publishing or other lawful purpose.
STUDENTS CODE OF CONDUCT
Be on time for training, practices or matches always.
Wear appropriate training kit (uniform, shin guards) always.
Carry your own water bottle and extra clothes to change after the session
Verbal or physical abuse of the appointed coach, coaching assistants, team members, other competitors, or spectators, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
PSA has the right to suspend any student temporarily or permanently for behaviour that undermines the mission and purpose of the program or PSA and/or safety of individuals participating in these programs.
PSA will be outsourcing the provision of facilities for the programs using recognized sports venues that provides the necessary standards required for the programs. Any student found responsible for damaging the sports facilities will be held responsible for the damages.
MEMBERSHIP
An initial admission fee of AED 200 will be charged.
Training session fees will be on monthly basis and should be paid before the commencement date of the Student training and before the start of each month there on. These fees are subject for periodic reviews and may change.
Pioneer Sports Academy memberships must be renewed monthly to allow students to participate in the training program.
Fees can be paid in cash, cheque, or bank transfer and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Fees are not suspended if students go on holidays or fail to attend.
Cancellation
Cancellation of ongoing membership requires a one month written advice prior to the renewal date.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
The student represents that he/she is in good physical condition, is not suffering from any heart, lung or other bodily ailment and is in all respects physically fit to engage in the football program.
Student has been advised that strict observance of the rules and regulations relative to football training is mandated and includes the use of protective equipment. The Academy does not warrant that the protective equipment will eliminate the possibility of accident or injury but will substantially reduce the risk of accident or injury.
Physical contact will be used by other students and authorized individuals as part of the training instruction. Student has been advised of such fact and gives full consent to any physical contact as may be required or customary to football training.
In recognition of the possibility of accident or injury connected with football training, student waives any right or cause of action of any kind arising as the result of such activity from which any liability may or could accrue to the Academy, it’s directors, coaches or employees.
5. Registration as a student of Pioneer Sports Academy is on condition that the student enrolls in the organization at his/her own risk. Pioneer Sports Academy by its Directors, Coaches or Students will bear and accept no responsibility whatsoever for any adverse consequences of activities participated in by, whether solely or involving fellow students whether authorized or unauthorized and without limiting generally of the forgoing, in particular for
Accidental death
Any personal injury which may be sustained whilst training
Loss, through theft or otherwise and damage to personal property and effects; either before, during or after commencement of training classes with Pioneer Soccer Academy.
